This project was completed for a marketing company. The client specializes in Facebook Ads for real-estate agents. The client uses Monday.com for various purposes, one being as a lite weight CRM for their reps. My Project Solutions was asked to automate manual processes for new client prospects and existing customers.
- Automate the creation of a record in a Monday.com board when a new lead Google Form was submitted
- Create custom SuperMetrics queries to pull Facebook Ad data
- Sync SuperMetrics data to Monday.com updating the clients CRM record
My Project Solution setup a custom integration between Google Forms and Monday.com. Each new Google Form submission creates a new contact record in a custom Monday.com CRM board. After the new contact record is created, a new record is created in a Google Sheet. SuperMetrics is used to pull Facebook Ads data for each Google Sheet record. When each row is updated in the Google Sheet, the updated Facebook Ads data is synced to Monday.com, updating the contact records.
